Happy Anniversary Sharon

Hey guys, take a minute of your day to help me say Happy Anniversary to Sharon and Shimmy. I waited for about a year for their arrival to our community and she was worth the wait. Sharon brings a calm to the salon that cannot be taught. She has the patience of a saint and truly loves what she does. I am so blessed to work side-by-side with her. Happy ‘two years’ Sharon, we love you!! Here’s to another year of full books and doggy kisses, kitty hisses and growth. Thank you for all you do for our pet community, but mostly for helping to keep me grounded when it’s […]

Update: Toevember Sock Donations

I am so grateful to have so many generous and compassionate customers. For Toevember 2020, we were able to collect and donate one giant bag of socks, hats and scarves to a longterm care facility in Sequim and two giant bags to the Rediscovery Program in Port Angeles. All donations will be distributed to those in need by people who are in the trenches helping. We accept donations of clothing items and such, year-round, which will then be given to people in the community who will get them to those in need. Thank you so much.

It’s a Good Time to Give

Good day #sequim. It’s a good time to #give. Don’t forget, for every item donated you’ll receive one #raffle ticket for a $50 gift certificate for your 2021 grooming. SHARE SHARE SHARE. This has been a rough year for all of us. Many will go without this year like many others. But with the effects of Covid it’s even worse. I know what it’s like to go without on Christmas morning. 🎄 Toes are cold 🥶 If the last few mornings are any indication, this will be a cold winter. So bring your unwrapped toy to #sonnysspaw along with a pack of new socks.

Tis the Season of Giving!

I wasn’t sure if we would get to do this year’s #toysfortots2020 drive. Santa 🎅 just stopped by and dropped of our EMPTY box and a couple awards to #sonnysspaw. I do this for the kids, but I’ll admit I got choked up at that beautiful plaque. So from now until Christmas Eve, bring me some unwrapped new toys!! It’s gonna be a little different this year. Please wear a mask and make sure the lobby area is clear when you drop off your donation. If you’re dropping off at your scheduled appointment time, that’s okay too!! Hey and don’t forget we are still accepting unused socks 🧦 for #toevember. This year has been hard on […]

Masks are now required universally in Washington state

Now that it’s state-mandated all people in Washington state must wear a face covering in any indoor or outdoor public area, we appreciate your compliance with Sonny’s Spaw mask policy: MASKS ARE REQUIRED. When you arrive, if masked, you may escort your dog into the salon. If you are not masked, REMAIN IN YOUR CAR and we will come out. For details on drop-off/pick-up procedures, go here. Disregard of the order may result in a misdemeanor charge, punishable by a fine of up to $100 and/or up to 90 days in county jail, and we don’t want that for you or for us. Thank you and stay safe!
